During 香蕉福利直播's annual State of the University address, President Bloomberg touched on the need for a new strategic plan and provided an update on the process.
President Bloomberg shared an update on the strategic planning process and available resources, including recorded information sessions and the new Strategic Planning webpage.
In a message to the 香蕉福利直播 community, President Bloomberg provided initial information on the strategic planning process and announced the formation of the Strategic Planning Task Force.
STRATEGIC PLANNING INFORMATION SESSIONS
Throughout the fall of 2024, President Bloomberg and the Strategic Planning Task Force held a series of information sessions with the campus community to provide updates on the strategic planning process and gather feedback on the elements of the emerging plan.
President Bloomberg and members of the Strategic Planning Task Force provided an update on the mission, vision and values as stated in the new strategic plan. Attendees were also asked for their input on the priorities outlined the in the strategic plan.
During this session, staff reviewed recent changes to draft strategy statements as a result of campus feedback and participated in Q&A.
President Bloomberg and members of the Strategic Planning Task Force delivered the first all-campus update on the strategic planning process and findings to date. At the end of the session, attendees had the option to complete a survey and provide their feedback.
